Digital Pin Club Halloween Coco Vol.1 Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor. Digital Pin Club ("Sponsor"), PO Box 1866, Upland, CA 91785, USA. Website: https://digitalpinclub.com. Contact: info@pinsider.io.

2. Not affiliated. Digital Pin Club is an independent fan community. This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by The Walt Disney Company, Dapper Labs, Inc., or Disney Pinnacle. Disney Pinnacle and related marks belong to their owners.

3. Platform release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Threads, X, Reddit, or Pinterest. By entering, you release each of them from any and all liability connected with this giveaway. Questions go to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

4. Who can enter. The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who meet all of these conditions:

• (a) You are 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, when you enter.
• (b) You have an active Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs account in good standing that can send and receive trades.
• (c) Taking part is lawful where you live.

Not eligible:

• Residents of any country, state, or province where this giveaway is prohibited or restricted, or where it would require registration, bonding, translation, or a government filing that Sponsor has not made. This includes, for example, Quebec (Canada), Italy, and Brazil.
• Residents of countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes, and anyone on a U.S. government restricted-party list.
• Sponsor, Apache1999, anyone who helps run, moderate, or build Digital Pin Club, and the immediate family members and household members of each.

5. Entry period. Starts Monday, October 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT). Ends Friday, October 30, 2026 at 12:59 PM PT. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

6. How to enter. Join Digital Pin Club for free at https://digitalpinclub.com/join during the Entry Period. Anyone who is already a member when the Entry Period starts is entered automatically and needs to do nothing. To count, you must still be a member when the Entry Period ends, meaning you have not left or unsubscribed.

Limits on entries:

• Limit: one (1) entry per person, no matter how many accounts or email addresses you use.
• Duplicate accounts, fake identities, and bot or automated sign-ups void all of that person's entries.
• Liking, sharing, following, commenting, or tagging on social media does not give you an entry or any extra entries.

7. Winner selection. On Friday, October 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM PT, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner and two (2) alternates from all eligible entries. Sponsor uses the publicly verifiable method described at https://digitalpinclub.com/giveaway:

• Sponsor publishes a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of the frozen, numbered list of entrant handles.
• Sponsor then picks from that list using a public randomness beacon.

The draw will be shown live and/or recorded. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize. One (1) prize: a complete Disney Pinnacle Coco Vol.1 set of five (5) digital pins (Mama Imelda, Dante, "Remember Me" guitar, Hector, and Miguel).

• Serial numbers and editions are chosen by Sponsor and will vary.
• The prize does not include the set-completion reward or pinbook background.
• Approximate retail value (ARV): US $65. The market value of digital pins changes, and no value is guaranteed.
• No cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. If a pin becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply where they live.

9. Notification and claim.

• Sponsor will announce the potential winner by Digital Pin Club handle only and will email them at the address on their membership.
• The potential winner must reply within 48 hours of that email with their Disney Pinnacle username and confirm that they are eligible. Sponsor may ask for a signed eligibility declaration where permitted by law.
• Sponsor will move to the next alternate, in order, if the potential winner:
  • does not reply in time,
  • is found to be ineligible,
  • breaks these rules, or
  • cannot receive the trade.

  Each alternate gets the same 48 hours. If neither alternate claims the prize, it may go unawarded.

10. Prize delivery.

• Sponsor will send the prize as an in-app Disney Pinnacle trade to the username the winner provides, by Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 1:00 PM PT. If trading is unavailable or the winner replies later than expected, delivery will happen within 7 days after that.
• Disney Pinnacle trades require at least one pin from each side. The winner adds any one pin of their choosing. If the winner has no pin to put in the trade, Digital Pin Club will provide one for that purpose.
• Accepted trades are final.
• Sponsor is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, holding periods, or other limits imposed by Disney Pinnacle or Dapper Labs.

11. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts unfairly, fraudulently, or in breach of these rules. If fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond Sponsor's control harms the integrity of the giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it, where permitted by law. Sponsor's decisions are final.

12. Release and limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and Apache1999 from any liability arising from taking part in the giveaway or from accepting or using the prize. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under the laws where you live that cannot be waived.

13. Privacy.

• Sponsor uses entrant information (club handle, email, and optional Pinnacle username) only to run this giveaway and the club, as described in the Digital Pin Club privacy policy.
• Emails are never shown publicly. The public draw list shows numbered club handles only.
• Members without a handle are shown as 'Member #<number>'.
• Sponsor does not sell your personal data.

14. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where the laws where you live require otherwise.
