Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Key rules at a glance. Starts: Thu, Oct 15 at 9:00 AM PT. Winner snapshot: Wed, Nov 25 at 9:00 AM PT. The pinbook with the most thumbs up at that moment wins. The gallery stays open after the snapshot, but later votes don't count toward the prize. Club members can thumbs-up each pinbook once a day. Ties go to the earliest submission. Prize: all 6 Thanksgiving Pluto & Goofy pins (3 variants each), sent by in-app trade by noon PT on Thanksgiving. Pinbook background not included. To claim the prize, the winner must have a valid Dapper wallet and send it to us.

2. Not affiliated. Digital Pin Club is an independent fan community. This contest is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by The Walt Disney Company, Dapper Labs, Inc., or Disney Pinnacle. Disney Pinnacle and related marks belong to their owners.

3. Platform release. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Threads, X, Reddit, Discord, or Pinterest. By entering, you release each of them from any and all liability connected with this contest. Questions go to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

4. Who can enter. The contest is open worldwide to individuals who meet all of these conditions:

• (a) You are 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, when you enter.
• (b) You are a Digital Pin Club member. Joining is free at https://digitalpinclub.com.
• (c) You have an active Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs account in good standing that can send and receive trades.
• (d) Taking part is lawful where you live.

Not eligible:

• Residents of any country, state, or province where this contest is prohibited or restricted, or where it would require registration, bonding, translation, or a government filing that Sponsor has not made. This includes, for example, Quebec (Canada), Italy, and Brazil.
• Residents of countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes, and anyone on a U.S. government restricted-party list.
• Sponsor, anyone who helps run, moderate, or build Digital Pin Club, and the immediate family members and household members of each.

5. Key times (Pacific Time).

• Contest starts: Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT.
• Winner snapshot: Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT. At that moment, Sponsor records the thumbs-up count of every pinbook in the gallery. That snapshot decides the winner.
• After the snapshot: the gallery stays open for submissions and voting, but pinbooks submitted and votes cast after the snapshot don't count toward the prize.
• Winner announced: at the snapshot, Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT.
• Winner's wallet deadline: 9:00 AM PT on Thursday, November 26, 2026 (Thanksgiving). See rule 10.
• Prize delivery: by 12:00 PM (noon) PT on Thursday, November 26, 2026 (Thanksgiving). See rule 10.
• Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

6. How to enter.

1. Join Digital Pin Club for free.
2. Submit your best Disney Pinnacle pinbook to the community gallery at https://digitalpinclub.com/contest before the winner snapshot.
3. Members vote with a thumbs up.

• One (1) entry per person, no matter how many accounts or email addresses you use.
• The pinbook must be your own, from your own Disney Pinnacle account. Sponsor may remove any pinbook that isn't the entrant's own.
• Each member has one gallery Pinbook. The gallery shows a snapshot of its front page. Make it your best page. Tap Refresh to update the picture. Sharing a new Pinbook link updates that same card. Your votes stay.

7. Voting.

• Club members only. Each member can give 1 thumbs up per pinbook per day, so members can vote for as many different pinbooks as they like each day. You don't need to enter a pinbook to vote.
• Only thumbs up in the gallery on digitalpinclub.com count. Likes, shares, follows, comments, reposts, or upvotes on social media don't count.
• Vote buying or selling, alt or duplicate accounts, fake identities, bots, scripts, and any other way of faking votes are not allowed. They lead to disqualification, and Sponsor may remove votes it finds invalid.

8. Winner.

• The pinbook with the most thumbs up at the winner snapshot (Wed, Nov 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT) wins.
• Tiebreaker: if two or more pinbooks are tied for the most thumbs up at the snapshot, the earliest submitted pinbook wins.

9. Prize. One (1) prize: all 6 Thanksgiving Pluto & Goofy Disney Pinnacle digital pins (3 variants each). These are all three variants of the Thanksgiving/autumn-leaves Pluto pin and all three variants of the Goofy pin, from Apache1999's "Thanksgiving Giveaway" pinbook.

• Pinbook background not included.
• The market value of digital pins changes, and no value is guaranteed.
• No cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply where they live.

10. Claiming and delivery.

• To claim the prize, the winner must have a valid Dapper wallet and send it to Sponsor by 9:00 AM PT on Thursday, November 26, 2026. Sponsor will contact the winner by their Digital Pin Club handle and membership email. The winner must also send their Disney Pinnacle username and confirm that the pinbook is their own.
• Sponsor will send the prize by in-app Disney Pinnacle trade by 12:00 PM (noon) PT on Thursday, November 26, 2026.
• Wallet deadline: the winner must send a valid Dapper wallet by 9:00 AM PT on Thursday, November 26, 2026 (Thanksgiving). If they don't, or if they are ineligible, break these rules, or can't receive the trade, the prize goes to the next eligible pinbook in the snapshot, using the same tiebreaker. A prize awarded this way may be delivered after Thanksgiving.
• Disney Pinnacle trades require at least one pin from each side. The winner adds any one pin of their choosing. If the winner has no pin to put in the trade, Digital Pin Club will provide one for that purpose.
• Accepted trades are final. Sponsor is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, holding periods, or other limits imposed by Disney Pinnacle or Dapper Labs.

11. Your pinbook and publicity. By submitting, you allow Sponsor to show your pinbook, your Digital Pin Club handle, and your thumbs-up count in the gallery and in contest posts. These include the weekly top-10 leaderboard updates and the winner announcement, on digitalpinclub.com, in email, and on the club's social channels.

12. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry or voting process or acts unfairly, fraudulently, or in breach of these rules. If fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond Sponsor's control harms the integrity of the contest, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it, where permitted by law. Sponsor's decisions are final.

13. Release and limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its organizers from any liability arising from taking part in the contest or from accepting or using the prize. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under the laws where you live that cannot be waived.

14. Privacy. Sponsor uses entrant information (club handle, email, Disney Pinnacle username, and the winner's Dapper wallet) only to run this contest and the club, as described in the Digital Pin Club privacy policy. Emails and wallets are never shown publicly. Sponsor does not sell your personal data. To ask about your data, write to info@pinsider.io.

15. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where the laws where you live require otherwise.
